The second admission list of DU LLB is scheduled to be released today, i.e. July 31, 2018. It can be released at any time today. It is expected that the University of Delhi will release the same before 5 PM. You can keep a track of the same from the web link given below. The second admission list of DU LLB will be uploaded here as soon as it is released by the authorities.

Coming to second part of your question. Most definitely you a 96 rank stand high chances to be figured under General category in the second admission list. It is so because under unreserved or general category the first admission list went till Rank 91 in the Unreserved category.
