You should have leadership qualities, decision making , commitment , knowledge , Financial planning , human resource management and for that you should consider BBA from top Management school and for that you can check career 360 degree website .And do watch Ted talk, Shark tank and Vault online series for Entrepreneurship skills and ideas.
