There is difference of 3–4 subjects. Like Web Technology was a subject for IT and only a lab for CSE. Theory of Automata was taught only to CSE. Data Mining and Information Retrieval were two core subjects of IT and a mixture of them was given as an elective choice to CSE in 4th year.

The differences are really minute. Therefore there is not much difference.

The syllabus and curriculum changes every year, so subjects might change other than mentioned here. But in the end, there is not much difference.
