You can search the official website of Manipal University and see of they have provided any details regarding the entrance syllabus.But generally for M.Sc Clinical exam , you will be tested on your basic knowledge in various topics in psychology. Most of the questions can be expected from the below subjects:

Physiological Psychology

Developmental Psychology

General Psychology

Health & counseling psychology

Abnormal Psychology

Social Psychology

Psychological assessment

So cover all the basics from these.

For Social Psychology the best books for social psychology which you could refer is Robert Baron & Kuppu swamy. Abnormal Psychology written by Carson and Carson can be very helpful. Focus on intelligence and memory concepts and biological Psychology. Go through all your UG textbooks .
