Hello Rudresh,
For physics,chemistry and biology syllabus of AIIMS exam 2018 will be primarily based on the class 11th and class 12th syllabus of CBSE board but as such no syllabus has been prescribed by them.
Other than that there is also a general knowledge section which has various questions about the recent current affairs.
