What is the the expected least percent to get any (event the worst branch in worst NIT). Please elaborate..

Hey aspirant, If you are from general category then to get admission in any of the NITs you must score percentile more than 96.

As according to the previous year cut offs the lowest rank for any of the NITs for the general category was about 35 thousand.

I would suggest you should focus on improving your percentile in April mains rather than looking for college as you will get plenty of time during the counselling process for doing so.
