As you are from, Delhi going for DU LLB would be best bet for you. According to the information given in the Information bulletin of 2018 ( http://www.du.ac.in/du/uploads/FoLBulletin20.07.2018.pdf) for DU LLB total fee is Rs. 5553. But admission process for academic year 2018-19 is almost in the last stage. So, aspirants whould have to wait for next admission cycle. See Detailed informatin about DU LLB.

GLC Mumbai is another very good option for doing 3 year LLB programme. IT charges only Rs. 6270 for the course. I hope it helps!
