What is the total number of MBBS seats in govt colleges in West Bengal in this year, 2019? How many seats also in private colleges in WB?

Hi aspirant,
There a total of around 2200 mbbs seats in both government and private medical colleges. Seats are made available using both all india quota which is 15% and state quota which is 85%. Hope you are clear with it.

Thank you very much Anshu for your reply. Is this the last year's number? Some seats are expected to increase in this year. any idea how many seats to increase in this year?

According to past data 5 new colleges would open in west bengal so an estimate of around 650 or 700 can be done. Hope you are clear with it
