Jee exams i.e.,Mains and advanced exam are conducted for taking admission in B.tech in several branches.The use of getting marks in these exams is for getting admission in B.tech.The degree available is b.tech.Through mains you can get into NITs, GFTIS,CFTIs,IIIt, etc and you can enter into IITs through Advanced exam for the B.tech .The more marks you get ,the top college and preferred branch you will get

if u score good u can opt for btech , bpharma degree after clearing jee exams. many prestigious institute in India accept jee rank and score for admission in engineering , pharmacy courses. if you qualified jee main then u can opt for jee advance to get admission in dream iits. hope it helps.
