Correct Answer: –5.5

Solution : According to the question
 A = 7 × 21 ÷ 49 - 8 × 7 ÷ 16
 B = 12 ÷ 6 - 3 × 2 + 5 × 3
Now,
⇒ (A × B) = (7 × 21 ÷ 49 – 8 × 7 ÷ 16 ) × (12 ÷ 6 - 3 × 2 + 5 × 3)
= (3 – $\frac{7}{2}$) × (2 – 6 + 15)
= ($\frac{6 - 7}{2}$) × (– 4 + 15)
= ($\frac{ - 1}{2}$) × ( 11) =  –5.5
Hence, the correct answer is –5.5.
