no problem at all,  you have to just fill in the marks or percentil of the  improvement marks after the second attempt of any subject required during the filling of the form.  you need no to fill the marks in which you are fail.  fill those marks after the improvement marks. and while counselling you have to show both the documents,  they will only consider the improvement marks
