I am assuming that you are asking about the chartered accountant and company secretary courses.

Among the two, in terms of the career and the payscale, CA is better then the CS, as many of the responsibilities of the CS can also be handled by the CA but not vice versa.

On a difficulty level, CS is easy and is therefore easy to become CS as compared to CA.
