Hello Aspirant,

A cost-sharing seat implies a self-financing seat. For the normal seat, you have to spend the admission fee at the period of the initial admission and for the remainder of the duration, you don't have to pay except for a minor enrollment fee and other miscellaneous payments.

For the cost-sharing seat, you require to spend for readmission every year w hich is always similar to the initial admission payment.
