Hope you are doing best with your neet.
As russian citizen comes uder nri quota .he /she should compete only for those Nri quota seats and open seats.
As to get a seat in bvsc seat in. Banglore in open category ,you should have a very decent score around 550-600 range
So please keep that in notice and struggle hard.
