Yes there are provisions where u can apply for the inter university internship transfer (Inter-state). You can look out for inter university internship transfer notification on your the relieving university website post Final MBBS result. Three terminologies are used Relieving College - The college where you have studied MBBS, Relieving University -The university to which the relieving college is affiliated and Accepting College - The college you wish to do your internship in. For Eg if you do MBBS from Mumbai, you would have to apply to MUHS (Maharashtra University of Health Sciences) for inter university internship transfer stating your details and the valid reason why you want to take transfer Eg Health Issue of the student or any of his near family member.., etc.The grant of internship transfer solely depends upon the decision of the Relieving University. Also you would require No Objection certificate from Relieving College and the relieving university as well as from the Accepting College each separately. Additionally you have to attach all MBBS mark sheets from all the 4 years and attempt certificate if any. Once the student pays the requisite fees (Non Refundable) charged for the internship transfer it is sent to the relieving university for approval. Once your internship transfer is approved, you join the accepting college. Once the internship is complete at the accepting college you have to apply to your relieving college for the degree certificate with internship completion certificate from the accepting college.
