If you are comfortable with the work timings and and have excellent qualification then you can apply in any BPO.

It can help you to gain confidence and build up your personality but to a limited extend. If seen in long term then the career is not reliable.

For a temporary phase you can opt for it. Also many companies later does not count the BPO experience.
