Here B.Tech is different from Entrepreneurship. B.Tech is 4 years programme to enhance the theortical & practical knowledge towards the student in the selected domain of the respective programme. It deals with student learning skills. But Entrepreneurship is a different programme which helps the students to show off their creative skills & innovation ideas. It helps us to build startups. Many of the colleges introduced the Entrepreneurship programme along with the B.Tech programme. Many of the IIT's, NIT's, many other colleges has implemmented.

Entrepreneurship is completely a different domain when compared to technology. Though you may want an engineer for the technical help for a business, it is not entirely related. In today's world, the word entreprenaurship is quite common with engineers and various societies of a tech college may provide help to entreprenaurs.
