so once get in contact with that institutions.

Once after joining your academics in BTech college
You can apply for the examination for Indian school of business in month of December.
As per my experience I have received notification in December and applied for it and attempted test and got selected.

BTech-it stand for bachelor of technology. It is degree awarded for engineering courses, which gets completed in four years. Some of the good college for engineering are IITs, NITs, and IIITs.
Entrepreneurship- it is just like startup, when you start your own business with good idea. This is entrepreneurship.
