Basically UPTU is a state entrance exam of UP. Annually it is conducted in UP to Admission in engineering, architecture, pharmacy and management courses.

The entrance examination fee for UPTU 2022 is INR 1300 for male/ transgender candidates belonging to General & OBC categories and INR 650 for SC/ST and female or physically handicapped candidates of all categories
