Dear Kaviya, USMLE is the United States Medical Licensing Examination. This is for the US and Canadian students who have completed their Medicine and wish to practise in the US. For students who have completed their Medicine outside these 2 Nations, ECFMG ( The Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates) offers a Certification programme to assess the readiness of International Medical students to enter Residency or Fellowship programmes in the US.
