There are total 395 articles in Indian Constitution. There is no such article article 449 it is the Indian panel code for the Indian Kanoon. This panel code defines the law for house trespassing. This is in order for committing the offence punishable with death. Whoever commit the crime shall be punished for imprisonment of life or imprisonment for a term which is not exceeding then 10 years. Also the one who commits the crime must be liable to fine.

The total number of articles in constitution is 449 but that is after considering all the amendment in the constitution like 35A etc. So there is no article 449 specifically. You might be searching for penal code .
