I recommend you to buy windows laptop. Windows laptops are the most famous laptops and for coding purpose it will be best for you. People buy Linux and other systems and then again change them to windows. Unless you are a professional hacker you won't need anything else but windows. So i7 windows 10 would be more than sufficient if you'll do only coding.
