Stress is something which is inevitable be it any field ,course,country,sport etc.As an app developer creating an app will be a harrowing process.You will also have to be on your toes to show case your best talent by developing the best app possible with something new in it.Types of stress that an app develpoer will come accross is :meeting targets stress, pressure from the top level,also wanting to be the best stress, dealing with faliures,24*7 work life,balancing work and job pressure and many more. As an app develper you  might also see the greatest success by making the best app ever.

Dealing with stress

Yoga,balanced diet,maintain diary,learn time management,read a novel or spiritual book,listen to soothing music and play some outdoor games.
