It's perfectly even not known to the media...but some are expecting to be some sort of mislead in college allotment, or maybe in the ranking procedure...whatever it is, Candidates still have no any better clue about this.

The second round of counselling is expected to start on second week of August.

There is no news about cancellation of the counselling in Bihar , as of now .
