Since you have not mentioned a particular college, I will be helping you with the general information and cutoffs. 

For a general category candidate, a score above 540 is essential in getting a government seat through all india quota.

You can also participate in the state counselling where you belong to. There, the cutoff scores decrease. But still, government colleges are possible only above 500 in state quota as well.

Private colleges are possible in 450+ scores.
