MU OET just changed it's marking scheme this year. 
So it's difficult to predict cutoffs manually. As ranks are not known, as of now cutoff marks can't be calculated.

You need about under 3000 rank to get CSE at Manipal campus of MIT.

4th of May is the estimated date of result declaration.
It's just a few days away. So you can better wait for the actual result as other sources are not trustworthy due to the change in Exam pattern.

After the results are out yoully be able to get the idea of cutoff marks according to the previous year cutoff rank trends.
