For admission into MBBS in delhi medical colleges from ST category, your score should be around 500+. If we talk about previous year st cut off, it was 480+ . So to be on a safer side you need to have 500+ score. The cut off of neet changes every year depending upon difficulty level of paper and competition.. So you must focus on performing your best..

In 2018, under All India Counselling, 482 marks secured a seat in Lady Hardinge Medical College under ST Category. That was the cut off. It is 2018 data. This year the cut offs have gone way higher.
