It is quite tricky to compute one's state rank by merely looking at his AIR .

It depends upon the statistics of students of your state who appeared for the exam and how many of them cleared it. Also since your AIR rank is in Lacs then your state rank is expected to be about 30k something but let me make it very clear dear it's just a prediction it can be wrong.
