It's not CFTI, it's GFTI which means Government Funded Technical Institutes. With your percentile, your probable rank shall be around 1,65,204 - 1,85,204. There are a few institutes which give admissions with this rank. 

According to the previous years cut off you might be able to get admission in the Assam University, Silchar.
