Hello Aspirant,

From above 75%  board marks you are not eligible to write jee advanced exam you are eligible only for giving jee mains exam from where you can get admission in NIT or IIIT or GFTI's and if you qualify the jee mains exam then you are eligible to write jee advanced exam from where you can get admission in IIT college.

If you can get more than 75% in boards then after you can write jee mains exam.

if  according to 12 th boards , you are eligible for IIT admission  , then after 12 you have to give jee main and advanced for taking admission in IIT .  so you should start preparing for that . if you successfully  ranked in jee main and advanced according to the cutoff of IIT  then you will get admission in IIT.

Once you are eligible for IIT through your boards exam, you need to score good rank in the entrance exam. JEE Main and JEE Advanced are the two national level entrance examd for getting admission in IIT under various b.tech courses. First you need to qualify JEE Main. You have to rank within the top 2,50,000 candidates to qualify this exam. Then you need to sit for JEE Advanced. There you need to rank within 1000 to get the top IITs. It may sound difficult but if you prepare well, you can definitely get into good colleges.
