With this EWS Rank you have fair chances of securing a seat in ECE, at some of the Good NITs like Surat, Bhopal, Raipur, Jalandhar, Jamshedpur and Durgapur besides the famous IIIT Allahabad, which is an excellent institution as far as Electronics and Computer Science is concerned.

As far as your Home State NIT Warangal is concerned, you have fair chances of securing Electronics & Instrumentation and Mechanical Engineering, which are equally good, but not ECE. However, I would advise you to choose NIT Warangal because firstly it is at your vicinity, secondly, NITW is one of the best NITs in India with excellent faculty, infrastructure and placements.
