You can't predict whether online exam will be more tougher or not. Since, the exam pattern is same both the exam will be of same level.
It is also a misconception among students as online exam is after offline it will be tougher.

You should focus on your revision. Give your best try to solve complete mock test series to analyze your preparation level.
