Sushil at the time of counselling if you opted the option as the Economical Backward Section (EWS) then as you said you might be not Able produce the document for the verification then in such cases the authorities have the right to reject your application form from the counselling or either they will put you under the General Category under which you might get affected. So always be cautious while filling the details in such prestigious exams.
