It is a certificate which is issued by college right after completion of your graduation,it is temporary untill the orginal is issued

It is used in searching jobs, license,any further admission.

The procedure differ from one college to other some may give right after your results and some may take couple days . usually it takes 3 months arround for providing .

If not one can write a letter for college administration, requesting for certificate in search of jobs .
