There are many posts are available and most are from engineering science fields. There are other sections too to join isro as a single company has many horizontals and verticals.

It depends on which domain you want to work on. Now there is no branch barieer but there are branches given more weightage like aeronautical engineering, mechanical engineering, design team. Management team.

On the part of eligibility , it is minimum 65% throughout the career and rest depends on the screening test results to get a joining into ISRO.
