Now most Countries are opting for local skilled workers before they opt for International skilled workers. For a Company to hire you with a certain talent, it should have searched within a certain geographical location and shouldn't have found anyone with that skill set and only then can they look for international opportunities. So for you to be able to get a job abroad, you should have extra ordinary skills and keep yourself updated with the most recent software skill that is in the market. The other way is to apply for an onsite opportunity within the Company that you are working for in India. Most Companies do send their employees abroad for their onsite projects as skilled workers. For that it is the management of the Company that you work with that decides who get to go on an onsite opportunity. There are a series of interviews held by both onsite and offsite managers to check if your skills match the project. That is one way to try. It depends on the Company and the project that you have been hired for.
