Well after clearing the mains your first aim should be clearing the Advanced also with flying colours so that you can get into IIT's , NIT's and IIIT's. Still you can get admission into state government colleges if you have a good score and if you belong to some category .

One of the best and toughest to get is IIIT Hydrebad for CSE.

If you consider over all there are good NITs like warangal, tirchy, Allahabad etc.

Apart from this DTU and NSIT are very good option in Delhi but due to 85% quota they are hard to get.

In Punjab region PEC Chandigarh and Thapar Patiala are good options. Other NITs in North are Kurushetra, Jaipur, Delhi, Jalandhar etc. Almost every state has a NIT.

I think BIT Mesara also takes through JEE Maine.

In south Pune college of engineering, Anna university, Jadavpur University etc. are good.

Rest it depends upon your marks and interest and geographical factors.
