As you have scored only 35 Marks in the PGCET exam 2020, it is not that much good for getting good college for pursuing your career in MCA or M.Tech.

According to my research, with this much marks you will get an expected rank about 17000+ for sure, so It is very difficult for good college.

The paper might be tough this year, but same criteria for qualification for all the candidates and merit list with ranks will be according to that only.

Might if cut-off got very low, then you can expect your rank under 10000.
