can i get any gov collage this rank.i sc student...

as per last year..my sc rank was around 3000 and my general rank was about 52000 , and I was not eligible for the top colleges , and for you I would recommend to first make the list of each and every college under wbjee and then fill choices for each and every college ranking from 1- last .this may help you.
