Hi,

Well if you are from CBSE board then you need to score 33% in both practicals and theory inorder to clear the physics paper as a whole.

i.e 33% in practical and 33% in theory.

All the best.

Hello Aishwarya,

I hope you are a CBSE student, then, 23 are the passing marks out of 70 marks, which is the paper you appear for. Out of 100, 30 are practicals, and 70 is the written exam. As 33 are passing marks for out of 100, if you've gotten more than 20 in the practicals, you could still pass the subject.

For the Higher Secondary Examinations (class 12), the minimum aggregate score required is 70 out of 200. Students must score at least 40 out of 150 marks in theory exams and 30 out of 50 marks in practical exams. For SSLC exams, the pass marks are at an aggregate of 35 percent.

Good luck!
