Hello student,
In OBC category, last year, a score of 449 procured a seat in the Government medical college,  Ambikapur under the state quota. In All India quota, 538 marks was required to fetch one a seat in the Government medical college, Rajnandgaon and the same marks got a seat in the Government medical college, Ambikapur. Therefore a score of not less than 450 would be sufficient in state quota and 550 or above in All India quota. But one thing to keep in mind is that scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats.
