For coming under medhavi chatra yojna you must qualify neet and be eligible to aplly in any of the government or non-governmental institution in Madhya Pradesh.For OBC the neet cuttoff is 40th percentile with a mark range from 118-96. You have to get marks higher than the cuttoff to be eligible for any medical college in the state.
