For coming under medhavi chatra yojna you must qualify neet and be eligible to aplly in any of the government or non-governmental institution in Madhya Pradesh.For OBC the neet cuttoff is 40th percentile with a mark range from 118-96. You have to get marks higher than the cuttoff to be eligible for any medical college in the state. 

then you have to appear the exam. If you get any of the top 3 ranks in the exams you will be rewarded with huge amount of cash prize.
