Domicile don't work in case of AIIMS college , it only depends on your rank and marks , whether you are eligible of getting a seat in the AIIMS or not. According to previous year's data , the cutoff category rank for SC was 688 , with an all india rank of 26850. And the percentile cutoff was 96.1628908.
