AIIMS never disclose marks obtained by any candidate, it gives result on percentile basis. So there is no one sure about marks required to get admission in AIIMS Delhi or any other AIIMS college. I am teaching for last five years. I can guess you need to score at least 150+ for general category, 140+ for obc, and 130+ for SC/ST category to get admissionin AIIMS Delhi.

If you want to get admission in any other AIIMS college you have to score at least 110+ for gen category, 105+ for obc, 95+ for SC/ST.

AIIMS conducts AIIMS MBBS entrance exam every year for admissions to MBBS courses across seven AIIMS Institutes. The cutoff rank (last rank to get admission) for every year is different.

The minimum required percentage to qualify the exam if you belong to SC/ST category is 4 0% which means you need to score 80 marks out of 200. For candidates belonging to OBC category, it is 45% and for General category, it is 5 0%. You must note that scoring minimum required percentage does not ensure a seat. This just serves as an eligibility criterion.

The cutoff percentile required to qualify the exam is calculated according to the minimum required percentage. In 2017, the cutoff percentile was 94.1220114 for candidates belonging to SC/ST category. AIIMS MBBS cutoff of approximately 94 percentile in SC/ST category implies that about 94% of candidates belonging to SC/ST category scored marks equal to or more than AIIMS MBBS cutoff requirement of 40%. The cutoff percentile for General category candidates is 99.0014978 and for OBC (NCL) is 97.4205359.

Last year, for SC category, the cutoff rank was 1,143 in AIIMS New Delhi. This means that the candidate who scored 1143 rd rank was the last candidate in SC category who secured a seat in AIIMS New Delhi. For candidates belonging to OBC category, the last rank was 5,590, for General category it was 52 and for ST category it was 4,478.

As of now, the cut off for AIIMS 2018 is not yet declared and it varies year to year but as per previous year information to get admission in AIIMS Delhi, SC category the safest score should be 130+ so plan and prepare accordingly.
