Hello,
Admission to government medical colleges based on NEET is given under two categories-All India quota(15%) and state quota(85%).
The cutoff varies with state and college very much. For states like Karnataka the cutoff is usually lower than states like Rajasthan and Delhi.
Also, the cutoff mark vary every year depending upon level of toughness of exam and number of students appearing etc.
