There is no reservations for army or defence quota candidates in All India Quota of NEET . So you have to get score like any other deserving candidate to get a government medical College . However some states have defence quota in their state quota counseling . You should take information about your own state counseling wheather they are providing the defence quota or not . In UP this exarmy and defence quota is of 1% .
