hi,

see cutoff score changes every year and it depends on certain factors like number of participants, questions difficulty level, seat matrx, choice of stream for engineering, students category etc. however it can not possibly tell the cutoff with out knowing the questions difficulty level. however since this year students get more time to study cutoff has chances for increase.

so for nits you must secure a higher score , also this year the minimum eligibility criteria for nit has removed which makes the competition tougher.

securing more than 95 percentile would be great to get admission in  a tier 1 college.

Hello dear , To get admission in NIT's  IIITs and CFTIs admission you  must have obtained a 75% aggregate or be among the top 20 percentile of their respective boards. At least 65% of marks are required for SC/ST category candidates.

Good luck !
