This can not be predicted as such because it depends on the cutoff and cutoff keeps varying every year. So it is very difficult to say what is the score needed but yes scoring around450- 500 will be a safe score for you to secure a seat in govt medical college.
Rest you can check previous year cutoff to get an idea of previous trends.
