Hi, choice filling is the most important thing in counseling if done properly you can get good college otherwise you may get another colleges but your rank is good. So, first of all you should check the previous year cutoff scores of college you may get with your score in neet. Fill the first choice that you think can be getting in your score don't with choice that have less chance of seat allotment go with your score and accordingly select colleges otherwise you will don't get the college that you should have.

While filling the college of your choice , first fill all the names of govt college's and deemed universities which provide you the MBBS course , after that go for private college's,
Fill the choices as maximum as possible ,
Don't worry about the Cutoffs of a particular college , as it changes every year ,
