Withat rank in JEE main an that percentile, you have no chances of getting a seat in any government colleges for engineering in UP. Actually your rank would be more than 300 k in the CRL rank list. So even with your obc category you have no chances. But even if you want to apply for JOSAA counseling,then just fill up the names if some state run government colleges in UP. you might get a seat by some chance.
